Brandon Fisher Consulting
If you've got a staff of developers, and
you're looking to add some key experience or skill (from
development to project management) to complete the mix, I
can join the team in a capacity that will help the team
more efficiently and effectively deliver the solutions for
your clients. Unlike most consultants, I don't
pretentiously come into your project and pretend to be the
answer to every question or problem. However, I will
promise you that I will only accept consulting
opportunities where I do have absolute confidence that I
will be a truly value added asset to the project or group.
Submit an official inquiry, or call 410-340-6309 to
further discuss how we can work together to make your
idea(s) reality. |

Design Consultation: I
have single handedly designed, or been a part of the
design of dozens of web sites and
applications. These applications have ranged
in size and scope from static web pages developed in
two weeks to multi-million dollar projects including
work flow management and real-time data
acquisition. I can leverage this experience to
help your site or application design be efficient,
solid, and truly expandable and maintainable. |

Development Consultation:
My experience contributing to the development of
widely ranging applications (desktop, server, web
enabled, real-time, Object Oriented, database
applications) since 1991 has given me the skills
necessary to help your developers get almost any job
done on time and under budget. |
| |
|
 |
Project Management: A
solid technical background (experience and
education), an MBA, and years of Project Management
experience are a unique set of credentials that
allow me to take even the most difficult schedules
and/or budgets and get positive results. I
will work closely with you, and our client(s) to
make sure expectations are established, and then met
or exceeded. |
| |
|
 |
Feasibility (technical and
financial) Analysis: One of the biggest
questions facing businesses today is "can it be
done?" An even bigger question then is
"Is it value added?" I can help you
determine first if the project is technically
feasible. Then through costing (cash flow forecasting),
and financial analysis (cash flow analysis and Net
Present Value (NPV) analysis), we can determine how
truly value added the project is today. |
